Ingredients:
Meatloaf Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 3 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 med onion, finely chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 Tbsp ketchup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 ½ tsp salt, or to taste
- 1 ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp ground paprika
Meatloaf Sauce Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1 ½ tsp white vinegar
- 2 ½ Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the meatloaf ingredients. To combine, thoroughly whisk everything together.
- Add the meat to the loaf pan, gently press it down and form it evenly, and bake for 40 minutes at 375°F.
- To make the sauce, combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F. Allow 10 minutes for the meatloaf to rest before slicing. Drizzle with the pan’s baking juices.
