Herb Watermelon Feta Salad

The warmer months are perfect for this salad. The combination of the pieces functions fairly effectively.

  • 1-inch cubes of half a large chilled seedless watermelon
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup thinly sliced basil leaves
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup minced mint leaves
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 package of feta cheese (4 ounces)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste



  1. Gently mix the watermelon, onion, basil, cilantro, mint, lime juice, feta cheese, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
