Best Chocolate-Cream Cheese Pound Cake

  • ½ cup of hot coffee
  • ½ cup whole milk,

  • 1 ½ cups butter, softened

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray cooking spray on a fluted tube pan to grease it.

One at a time, add eggs and egg yolks, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Add half of the flour mixture and stir to combine. Add the remaining flour mixture after stirring in the cocoa-milk mixture. Mix well. Fill the pan with the batter.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 70 to 90 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted a few times comes out dry.
