Avocado Chicken Salad Recipe


This recipe for avocado chicken salad is incredibly flavorful. With the avocado, it’s creamy but light and quite pleasant. You won’t even notice the mayo in recipes for chicken salad, I promise!

Avocado Chicken Salad Ingredients:

  • 2 large cooked chicken breasts
  • 2 large avocados
  • 1 cup corn
  • 6 oz lean bacon
  • 1/4 cup green onion
  • 2 Tbsp Dill

Lemon Dressing:

  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt, or to taste
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper



  1. Place the 2 large cooked chicken breasts in a sizable mixing dish and chop or shred them.
  2. Add two large avocados to the mixing bowl after peeling and removing the pits.
  3. Add 1 cup of cooked corn (fresh corn is preferred), 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion, finely chopped bacon, and 2 tablespoons fresh dill.
  4. Mix the dressing ingredients in a small bowl after adding them. Give your salad a drizzle and toss to blend. If desired, garnish with slices of hard-boiled egg.
