Ingredients:

- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves chopped,
- 1 egg
- 1 head cabbage

Instructions:
- Melt the butter in a big pot over medium heat for the tomato sauce. When the onion is transparent, add it and simmer for another 4-5 minutes.
- Cook the garlic for 30 seconds after adding it. Crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper should all be added to the pot.
- Add the red wine vinegar and brown sugar after stirring. Simmer for a while.
- Cook for ten to fifteen minutes, stirring now and then.
