Pasta Shells with Ground Beef


This hearty dish of pasta shells with ground beef is tasty and simple to prepare. After being filled with ground beef, the pasta shells are baked in the oven until they are fully done.

  • 1 ½ lb. Ground beef
  • 2 C. Pasta shells
  • ¼ C. Olive oil
  • 4 C. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Granulated chicken broth
  • 4 Tbsp. Granulated tomato broth
  • 3 Diced serrano peppers
  • ½ Chopped onion
  • 1 Can Rotel
  • Chopped parsley
  • 2 Packets Red season seasoning
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • Sazon perfecta seasoning
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder and onion powder to taste



  1. In a big, deep skillet, sauté the ground beef until it is done. Eliminate extra fat. Stir in the pepper and perfecta seasoning.
  2. Shell noodles should be browned in oil in a different skillet while the ground meat is cooking.
  3. The cooked ground meat and browned spaghetti are combined.
  4. The pasta shells should be cooked until tender after adding the remaining ingredients, covering the skillet, and cooking it at a simmer.
