Honey Lime Fruit Salad

This Honey Lime Fruit Salad combines pineapple, strawberries, and grapes with a sweet and tangy dressing. A little salt and poppy seeds are added to finish the dish, creating a deliciously cool salad for a hot summer day.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups strawberries, quartered
  • 4 cups fresh pineapple, chopped bite-size
  • 4 cups green and/or red grapes
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon poppy seeds optional

 

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the pineapple, strawberries, and grapes. Over the fruit, drizzle the lime juice and honey. Add some poppy seeds and salt. Coat by tossing. Up to serving time, chill. Enjoy!
