Strawberry bombs


This recipe has been tested and is true. You can’t go wrong coming here if you want to indulge in your sweet taste. Try it; you won’t be sorry! This is how my mother generally makes things.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes


  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 0,24 once dry yeast
  • 3/5 cup hot milk
  • 1/4 cup softened butter

For the decoration:

  • Whipped cream
  • Strawberries, chopped
  • Granulated sugar



  1. Stir the milk, sugar, and yeast to mix in a medium bowl.
  2. Egg is whisked. Start working the dough with a spatula after adding the flour and salt. After that, keep using your hands to knead the dough until it becomes elastic.
  3. When the butter is thoroughly integrated into the dough, add the softened butter and continue kneading.
  4. The dough should be rolled into a ball, covered with plastic wrap or a tea towel, and let to rise for an hour.
  5. Make eight balls out of the dough by dividing them into eight pieces. Allow standing for 30 minutes covered.
  6. Roll each ball back into a ball when it has been somewhat flattened. For another 30 minutes, cover and allow to rest.
  7. Cook the balls for two to three minutes on each side in heated oil over low heat.
  8. Cut in half lengthwise like a burger bun after allowing it to cool slightly.
  9. Closing with the other half after decorating the top half with whipped cream and chopped strawberries and serving.
