Ingredients:
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
1. In a medium glass bowl, mix the chocolate, milk, and butter. Microwave the mixture for 90
seconds. Heat for a further 15 seconds if necessary after combining.
2. Stir in the extract until smooth. Add a cup of chopped pecans. Scoop into a loaf pan with
parchment paper within. Use a spatula to spread it out to a thickness of about one inch. Add
the last of the chopped pecans on top. Up to the serving time, chill. Slice into 1-inch squares
and keep in the fridge for up to a week in an airtight container.
