Banana Breakfast Cookies

  • 3 bananas mashed
  • 2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • ½ cup walnuts chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup chocolate chips optional
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ cup applesauce
  • ¼ cup milk or almond milk
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon



  1. Preaheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large mixing basin, blend all ingredients until well incorporated, adding 1/8 teaspoon salt if needed.
  3. Using a fork, gently press heaping portions onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow cooling completely.
