Baked Crab Legs In Butter Sauce

Easy to eat baked crab dish with butter, garlic, lemon, and Creole flavor sauce. Baked Crab Legs in Butter Sauce. Now you may have a delicious delicacy at home without paying a costly fee. And it takes less than 20 minutes to complete from start to end!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb king crab legs
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1-2 tsp Creole seasoning
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives or parsley
  • lemon wedges to serve

 

Instructions:

  1. Crab legs can be quickly defrosted by placing them under cold running water for a few minutes, or by storing them in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Set the oven to 375°F.
  3. When you’re ready to cook, split the crab legs in half so you can see the meat. Instead of using a knife, use scissors or kitchen shears. Later on, you’ll thank me.
  4. Put crab legs on a baking sheet or in a pan that can go in the oven.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic, and creole spice. For about a minute, microwave. Lemon juice is removed and added. Mix well.
  6. Reserve any extra butter mixture for serving and brush it all over the crab legs.
  7. For about 5 minutes, or until the crab legs are thoroughly heated, place them in the preheated oven. Add some chives or parsley.
  8. The remaining sauce and/or lemon wedges for squeezing over the meat should be served right away.
