Ingredients:
- 1 lb Chinese noodles of your choice
- 1 package of stir-fry vegetables (8-ounce)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ inch piece of fresh ginger grated
- 3 green onions
- 3 tbsp dry sherry
- 1 cup cooked meat cut into bite-size
- 2 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce optional
- Ground black or white pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Noodles should be cooked just past the doneness recommended on the box, then drained, rinsed with cold water, and set aside.
- In the wok, heat the oil rapidly. Add the green onions, ginger, and garlic after the mixture is heated. 30 seconds of stirring.
- Add the vegetables for the stir-fry. For 2 to 3 minutes, stir-fry.
- Before adding any meat you’re using and the cooked noodles, add the sherry and let it almost completely evaporate. Mix the ingredients by tossing.
- Add the pepper, oyster sauce, and both soy sauces after lowering the heat to medium. Stirfry for an additional one to two minutes, then mix and serve.
