These blueberry cookies have an amazing flavor combination of ripe blueberries, white chocolate, and tangy lemon. This is a summer cookie recipe you won’t want to miss because it is colorful, juicy, and delicious.

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Unsalted Butter Softened
- 1 ½ Cup Fresh Blueberries
- ¾ Cup White Chocolate Chips
- ¾ Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tsp Lemon Zest
- 3 ½ Cups Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- ½ Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
Instructions:
- Put two baking sheets in the oven and preheat it to 350 degrees. Place aside.
- The butter and both sugars should be creamed for about 3 minutes in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, vanilla, and lemon zest after adding them.
- Mix till mixed after adding the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Hand-stir the chocolate chips and blueberries in.
- Scoop out the dough and drop it onto the baking pans, spacing each cookie about 2 inches apart, using a 1 inch cookie scoop. Bake the edges for 7-8 minutes, until they are barely beginning to brown.
- After removing from the oven, let the baking sheet cool for two minutes before moving it to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
