- 8 ounces of Lo Mein noodles or spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 cup of julienned carrots
- 1 cup of sliced bell peppers (any color)
- 1/2 cup of sliced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken slices with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
